Typical Configuration #
Micro-module data centers are classified as Micro-module A and Micro-module B based on differences in their power supply and distribution systems:

- Micro-module A: Integrated UPS added to the list; lead-acid batteries/lithium batteries removed from the list; lead-acid batteries added to the list; air conditioning units added to the list.
- Micro-module B: UPS and lead-acid batteries/lithium batteries removed from the list; power distribution cabinets and air conditioning units added to the list.

Note #
Equipment inside and outside the micro-module can be located in the same room or in two separate rooms. If located in the same room, the module employs a sealed hot-aisle configuration to maintain the battery’s ambient temperature.
